Shipping & Returns
You should be absolutely happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return an item, please know that all returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Unfortunately, jewelry cannot be returned. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-returnable.

To make a return or exchange, simply pack and seal the return merchandise with the original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it back to us using an insured service to the address provided. I Lyn Fashion Lounge will not be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly suggest insuring your package. Once we have received and inspected your return or exchange, your credit will process to the same credit card that was used originally within five business days. I Lyn Fashion Lounge reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements. Any denied return or exchange will be sent back to the customer. Shipping and Handling
Please allow 1-2 days processing time once your order has been confirmed. Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 2pm EST will be begin processing same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day. You will receive email confirmation providing tracking information once item has been shipped. Domestic orders will be shipped USPS. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A. Rates are listed on our checkout page. We ship directly from Brandywine, MD.
